When we first found the MOGS MMORPG service, we didn't have high hopes, as the website interface wasn't visually appealing in the least bit.

The live chat wasn't much better, and there wasn't an available rep to help us. We were asked to send an email by an automated message, which of course, we knew better than to attempt. When we came across the Lingo Voice Over IP provider, we have to say we liked their website interface. It was easy to navigate and signing up for their service was pretty straightforward.
