GPlay ship you new games at no charge when you return your current rentals. You can even check your queue "status" listed so you know if the game is in-stock, not-yet-released, or out to another user.

Parental controlsare managed by you. You can look for “Info” under “Childrens” category where they confirm the ratings. Unfortunately, you cannot search the entire database for a specific rating.
