Trend Micro's PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 package offers consumers a comprehensive bundle of products but with that bundle, there comes some confusion. Internet Security combines antivirus, firewall and an adware and spyware scan. PC-cillin also blocks hackers, spam, and phishing attacks!

The Antivirus and Firewall:The antivirus security component is an easy to use product but after it, the rest of the products can be somewhat confusing for a computer user with less knowledge. Some of the preset options of the firewall miss the basic points of firewall protection.

At $49.95 PC-cillin's easy to use antivirus security software and features are well worth the money; however for the complete bundle if you are willing to work through the startup issues and get a grasp of the system, then we feel confident in saying you will be pleased with this product. If this was just an antivirus product alone it would receive a much higher rating, but due to the unnecessary time it took to deal with the rest of the suite, we feel there are better products out there.
