We had to look at Hertz in our car rental reviews and we're definitely glad we did. They offer some great selections, such as high-end rentals like Hummers, Corvettes and other fun rides.
Upon entry to the Hertz website, we noticed how visually appealing it was, with bright, bold colors. It made us want to dig deeper and some of their competitors' can learn a thing or to from their site design!

6Star Reviews likes that Hertz tries to appeal to a more progressive crowd, with their cool rental options and charity-focused Green Collection. With that being said, we noticed that their prices came in a bit higher than some of the other car rental sites we reviewed, which didn't impress us much.
But, reserving your car rental should be a snap and we liked the special perks like the #1 Club membership, where members can get special discount rates. The FAQs database was very helpful, as was telephone customer support. But, email support could definitely use a lesson in effective customer service. Overall, we feel they should receive 5.0 Stars!
