Yahoo! Bill Pay

StarReviews.com was not really impressed with the Yahoo! online bill pay service right from the start. We did, however, like some features such as email reminders sent to ensure your bills are paid on time. This is definitely convenient.

Our team did like the two-tiered pricing available here, but the free service was so limited it might not be worth using for some people.

Our team expected a little more from Yahoo! and their online bill pay service. The basic service is extremely limited, so signing up for the $4.95 per month premium service is almost a necessity. However, you do get a free 3 month trial, so that's not a bad deal. Customer support is virtually non-existent here, with FAQs acting as your main help outlet.
We tried a general email support address, and got a response within 24 hours, but we didn't feel it was accurate according to what we read on the site. Combined with the lack of a guarantee, we couldn't give Yahoo! Online bill very good marks compared to similar services. We feel they should receive 3.0 Stars!
