Moviefone Movie Ticket Review

We had a blast checking out AOL’s baby, Moviefone. Ok, so although we couldn’t buy movie tickets directly from them, they sure entertained us along the way!

We really liked the MyTheaters feature, where you can enter your zip code and get customized movie listings right at your local cinemas. Moviefone also offers virtual tours of film sets, which we loved.
  • Mr. Moviefone Reviews-We love reviews and these deliver...you can even watch a weekly movie review segment.
  • What's Hot- Ok, so no Brad Pitt or Jessica Alba. But, you can see featured highlights and cool cast interviews for the newest releases.

6Star Reviews commends Moviefone on maintaining a pretty loyal following. There are loads of movie resources available through this site including unique film set tours for those interested in behind-the-scenes access. There are comprehensive movie listings by zip code and you can receive movie alerts through email for your local cineplex.

To purchase movie tickets, it's necessary to visit their partner at Movietickets.com, where the convenience charge is $1 per ticket, a fairly reasonable rate. There is a good FAQs section, but no telephone support and a listed email address strictly for suggestions. Overall, Moviefone snagged itself our Most Popular spot at 5.5 Stars!
